Through “There is no team without family,” we actively collaborate with local institutions, such as the Zavatta vocational training center in Rimini, offering education, hands-on workshops, and real career opportunities. This project combines urban regeneration with environmental awareness, resulting in concrete actions, including supporting the purchase of a specially equipped vehicle for people with disabilities.

Since 2022, a dedicated Diversity & Inclusion Specialist has been part of the company, acting as an internal advisor and coordinating training activities, participation in conferences, and cultural initiatives.
