Custom solutions, competitive production
VICI Automation is the division of VICI & C. dedicated to the development of advanced systems for industrial automation.
We design, manufacture, and distribute solutions that integrate vision technologies for dimensional and surface quality control, improving production efficiency and reducing errors.
Thanks to our consolidated experience in customised automation, we build machines that combine robotics, customised mechanics for process automation, and artificial vision systems, supported by artificial intelligence algorithms. Each solution can be adapted to any production line.
Our systems are designed to increase reliability, cut costs, reduce machine or line downtime, and guarantee the high quality of the finished product. We offer solutions that eliminate human error and allow superior control over the production process, while ensuring flexibility and rapid response to market developments. The technologies we offer integrate easily with existing infrastructure and are designed to evolve over time, ensuring a rapid and sustainable return on investment.
Automated, in-process measurement
In custom projects, we integrate our measurement systems directly into production lines, enabling inspection to run automatically and continuously. Measurement becomes an integral part of the production process, ensuring seamless operations. This approach helps companies achieve consistent quality, greater efficiency, and faster decision-making based on reliable data.
When measurement is fully integrated with production, excellence becomes the standard.
Real-time quality control
Automated measurement enables verification of every part at the exact moment it is produced. Quality control is fully integrated into the production process, with continuous monitoring that quickly detects any deviations. This ensures consistent compliance and stable quality over time.
Quality is not inspected after production; it is built into the process.
Reduced Downtime
By integrating measurement directly into the production process, we significantly reduce production disruptions. Inspections are carried out without stopping the line, enabling real-time adjustments before issues escalate. Reduced downtime means greater continuity, higher efficiency, and increased productivity.
Every avoided stop is time given back to production.
Actionable data, not just numbers
Our systems generate data that reflect the entire process, not just individual parts. Trends, patterns, and deviations become practical tools for production control. Clear, easy-to-use information supports better decision-making and continuous improvement.
Because behind every data point is a decision that drives the business forward.
A proven operating model
VICI Automation is the ideal partner for companies wishing to innovate and optimise their production processes, reducing operating costs and ensuring superior quality standards.
Customized, innovation-driven approach

Fields of application and specialisation
ASSEMBLY CELLS
Automatic assembly processes can be designed by integrating multiple stations into a single compact work cell. Part conveyors can be connected to any type of automated station, such as mechanical part inserters, marking systems, or palletizers. Vision systems can also be integrated where necessary for component recognition and quality verification of previous process stages.
LOADING AND UNLOADING SYSTEMS
To increase the productivity and flexibility of a machine tool, or more generally a production line, automatic part loading and unloading systems can be used. These are available in various configurations, such as anthropomorphic robots combined with linear or rotary vibratory feeders for part singulation.
HANDLING AND TRANSFER SYSTEMS
Technologies used for efficient part handling throughout the production process include rotary tables, conveyor belts or belts systems, horizontal or spiral vibratory feeders, and robotic manipulators.
PALLETIZING SOLUTIONS
To meet specific customer application requirements, different types of robots can be adopted, ensuring the required cycle times, necessary speeds, and compliance with available space constraints.
AUTONOMOUS MOBILE ROBOTS (AMR)
Factory automation benefits from the integration of AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles) or AMR systems for repetitive operations requiring high standards of safety and precision, such as handling components or heavy loads.
COLLABORATIVE ROBOTS
Thanks to collaborative technology, robots can work side by side with operators, automating tasks such as part handling, assembly, dispensing, and inspection for quality control.
VISION SYSTEMS AND OPTICAL QUALITY CONTROL
The synergy between industrial automation and optical measurement and/or surface quality control systems ensures reliable and continuous inspection of parts in production.
TEST BENCHES
Every process must be configured and maintained within production tolerances. Dedicated off-line test bench solutions evaluate and monitor production batches by integrating various types of sensors and measurement devices.
When skilled hands can listen, work becomes art.
Every project is different, and technology alone is not enough.
The strength of our projects comes from the combination of technology and collaboration. We provide advanced measurement solutions, but above all, we listen to our customers, analyze their production context, and work together to build the most suitable solution. Every project is different, because each automation line has its own goals and constraints. That’s why we work flexibly, collaborating step by step to create real, lasting value.
When technology and collaboration grow together, the result makes the difference.
