VICI publishes its 2025 Sustainability Report, a document that highlights the company’s journey and the results achieved throughout the year, with the aim of transparently sharing our commitment and our economic, social and environmental impacts.
The Report represents the natural evolution of a journey built over the years and a further step towards an increasingly responsible and sustainable growth model.
Even in a challenging economic environment, in 2025 we continued to invest in our people, product quality, research and organizational development, while further strengthening our safety culture and sustainability initiatives.
With the approval of its first three-year Business Plan for 2026–2028, VICI has integrated economic, environmental, social and governance objectives into its strategy in a structured way, making sustainability one of the key drivers of its future development.
The Report also highlights our commitment to increasingly responsible supply chain management, quality, research and development, employee well-being and safety, together with governance that effectively integrates ESG principles into decision-making processes.
For us, sustainability means above all looking to the future responsibly, measuring what we do, recognizing where we can improve and turning objectives into concrete actions.
