From a dining room to an international company
Vici was founded in 1977 as a family business. The first production area was the dining room at home: electronic boards soldered before meals, with the smell of tin still in the air. That’s where our way of doing business began, driven by passion, craftsmanship, and daily commitment.
In the 1980s, the company grew, developing expertise in electrical panels and automated lines for the automotive industry. In 1999, the VICIVISION brand was established, marking our entry into the international optical measurement market.
Since 2008, we have been developing high-precision measurement systems, followed by the launch of METRIOS, expanding both our product range and our global presence.
Today, from Santarcangelo di Romagna, VICI & C. is an international company that continues to innovate without forgetting its roots.

An International Company Close to Its Customers
Vici is headquartered in Santarcangelo di Romagna, where our production, technological, and strategic core is based. Alongside our headquarters, we operate through five international subsidiaries responsible for the sales, distribution, and service of VICIVISION and METRIOS products.
We are present in:
Germany, in Heilbronn, with a 280 m² facility and a dedicated sales team;
United States, with locations in Arizona and Michigan, through VICIVISION America and METRIOS America, launched in 2024;
South Korea, in Seoul;
China, in Shanghai.
Our international subsidiaries reflect our company culture and contributed over €4.6 million in value creation in 2024. We continue to grow globally while maintaining strong governance and a shared vision.
