Optical technology for industrial automation.

With our experience supporting manufacturers, we integrate measurement into the production process, streamline operations, and enhance overall performance.

Automated, in-process measurement

Automated, in-process measurement

In custom projects, we integrate our measurement systems directly into production lines, enabling inspection to run automatically and continuously. Measurement becomes an integral part of the production process, ensuring seamless operations. This approach helps companies achieve consistent quality, greater efficiency, and faster decision-making based on reliable data.

When measurement is fully integrated with production, excellence becomes the standard.

Real-time quality control

Automated measurement enables verification of every part at the exact moment it is produced. Quality control is fully integrated into the production process, with continuous monitoring that quickly detects any deviations. This ensures consistent compliance and stable quality over time.

Quality is not inspected after production; it is built into the process.

Reduced Downtime

By integrating measurement directly into the production process, we significantly reduce production disruptions. Inspections are carried out without stopping the line, enabling real-time adjustments before issues escalate. Reduced downtime means greater continuity, higher efficiency, and increased productivity.

Every avoided stop is time given back to production.

Actionable data, not just numbers

Our systems generate data that reflect the entire process, not just individual parts. Trends, patterns, and deviations become practical tools for production control. Clear, easy-to-use information supports better decision-making and continuous improvement.

Because behind every data point is a decision that drives the business forward.

Every axis under control

In automated production lines, each process has its own characteristics, pace, and constraints. That’s why our optical measurement systems are designed to adapt to any inspection requirement, integrating seamlessly into the production flow and measuring parts in real time.

Horizontal measurement

The optical system analyzes the part as light or image data is captured laterally with respect to the production line, enabling the evaluation of profiles, dimensions, and geometries on both transverse and longitudinal planes. This approach is ideal for long or axisymmetric components, such as shafts and axles, which are fed into the system and measured along the production axis with high precision and repeatability. Horizontal integration ensures continuous, automated inspection without interrupting the production flow.

Vertical measurement

The optical system captures images and profiles from below to above (or vice versa) relative to the production line, making it ideal for inspecting flatter parts or components with planar surfaces that can be positioned directly on a reference plane. This orientation is well suited for fast, repeatable inspections on large surfaces or plates, where vertical projection simplifies data acquisition, reduces handling operations, and integrates seamlessly with robotic loading systems.

When skilled hands can listen, work becomes art.

Production Automation

Every project is different, and technology alone is not enough.

The strength of our projects comes from the combination of technology and collaboration. We provide advanced measurement solutions, but above all, we listen to our customers, analyze their production context, and work together to build the most suitable solution. Every project is different, because each automation line has its own goals and constraints. That’s why we work flexibly, collaborating step by step to create real, lasting value.

When technology and collaboration grow together, the result makes the difference.
